About the compony

USA company in the E-COMMERCE market Amazon is expanding its staff and is inviting you to become a part of our international and successful team that values innovation and your individual contribution. Our goal is to promote high-quality goods for children in the market, to develop and improve services, to bring joy to our clients' lives.

Responsibilities: Providing highly-quality service for our customers by phone and email. On-line processing of customers' questions, working on feedbacks and reviews on product pages. Checking for new messages in our social media. Will be remote office work as well daily check ups on Amazon seller central.

You will fit in if you:

  • have some experience in Customer service or as a Call Center Representative;
  • are willing to help people to resolve their questions;
  • have fluent English, writing and spoken US variant;
  • are ready to work from 10 am to 6 pm Eastern time;
  • ready to work up to 5 hours on weekends Saturday and Sunday combined;
  • familiar with Google sheets, drive, Facebook messenger, Instagram;
  • are patient and self-organized — you are ready to follow strict guidelines by servicing our customers with a smile;
  • are ready to do tasks qualitatively and responsibly we are looking for a person who will become a part of the company, but not only its employee;
  • want and can work remotely.


  1. Full customer support rep for all our brands requirements.
  2. Checking for new messages hourly on all our social media, Amazon Seller Central and email accounts.
  3. Daily answer customers' questions on Amazon product pages.
  4. Daily work on feedback and reviews on product pages.
  5. Answer clients calls.
  6. Daily remote office work: dealing with hijackers, some inventory tasks, making sure all our listings are up and running.
