Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns (about 40 corporate Facebook accounts).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to create effective ad strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ads and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals and strategies.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid advertising.
- Manage the advertising budget and allocate funds appropriately to maximize results.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager ( Knowledge of Bing Ads and other paid channels is a plus.)
- Knowledge of GA4, Facebook Pixel, GTM
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
We offer:
- Remote position
- The salary during the probation period will be starting from $1000. Any potential increase can be discussed afterward
- Working hours from 8 am till 5 pm (Mon-Fri, California time)
