We are building an incredibly cool IT startup at the intersection of security and HR, with ambitions to become a "Hectocorn," targeting a $3 trillion/year market.
Our team includes:
• CTO — Ex Director of Engineering, Uber.
• CLO — Ex CLO, Caterpillar.
• FOUNDER — Built 5+ companies, with 2 successful exits.
MOTIVATION: This is only for young, bold professionals who are ready to take risks and work for results!! We are not considering candidates over 35 years old.
- Salary: 200,000 RUB + commission. Working with major clients like LI, Airbnb, TURO, Hertz, etc. One such client can generate revenue starting at $1M/month. Your commission from such a deal would range from $50K/month.

Experience in the US market and an existing client base will be a significant advantage. "Experience in direct cold sales is mandatory!"
Stage:
Bootstrapping. We’ve invested $1 million and spent over two years creating a product that sets a new standard in security. 1. Full Legal Compliance 2. Access to restricted data. 3. Data storage infrastructure 4. Initial contracts signed, integration in progress.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Playing coach, personal sales.
Meeting department sales targets.
Deep market analysis.
Recruiting and managing a team (initially 2-4 managers).
Training and motivating the team.
Preparing all promotional materials: videos, audio, website, presentations, financial documents, etc.
