- Leading Material team (5 office members, 30 warehouse operators) - Review and re-build SCM processes (procurement orders, stock management, inventory accuracy management, delivery and logistic optimisation) at the factory - 25000 SKU management

As a Material Manager, serve as the primary contact for coordinating and bridging the gap between Planning, Procurement, Development & Manufacturing teams to ensure un-interrupted flow of materials and to maintain customer schedule for finished good products. ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES: * Leading Material Purchasing team (30 office staff and subordinates managers и 60 warehouse operators): Coaching and development team members yearly set up KPI targets, develop master-plans and regular review; * Development and application of team KPI (team->part-> personal), action plan development and adoptation accordingly to monthly results; * Purchasing import and local materials from over than 50 suppliers (~3000 SKU ~20M USD/Month) accordingly to optimal inventory level. * Weekly based supply progress review and trouble shooting * Daily control of stable supply from internal suppliers and warehouse operation * Compensation and Claim work with suppliers, monitoring the settlement of the claims, coordination of the changes in the conditions of the concluded contracts; * Analyze & Report daily material status (cross referencing with SAP) to identify all materials shortages and provide actions to the appropriate teams in the supply chain, for the critical gating shortages. * Perform material analysis in advance of project start to highlight long lead critical parts and facilitate early procurement initiatives. * Working out weekly, monthly, quarterly schedule of payment to the supplier together with the Financial Team; * Half-Year and Annual Material Inventory Stock-Tacking Process management with independent counters; * Preparation of all established reporting forms for the Team. Execution of orders, instructions for the staff of the Team. * Performs regular reviews of established processes and presents results and achievements to Top management * Material MRP management (data update, corrections, closing processes) KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: * Material and Delivery Cost reduction thru the Import material Logistics cost optimization (30%) and package methods * Stable material supply (non-idle operation) * Operational cost reduction activities for warehouse rental, handling, transfer cost * Warehouse efficiency optimization with 25% cost saving effect * GMRP System introduction and set-up in factory for all products * Organization of supplier Audit, Education and Development * Job optimization and simplification to reduce headcount (up to 20% per year)
