Worked on the following scenarios (completed): • Sale of a 75% equity stake to private equity firms with like portfolio companies and to strategic players • A leasing and a leaseback deal to fund planned CAPEX and WC expansion and refinance existing debt load: - Structured a deal to save company from restructuring/insolvency • Structuring the sale of a $40M minority stake in a medium-sized packaging manufacturer. Worked on 4 different options (in progress): • Sale to private equity firms • Management buy-out financed by a bank syndicate • Sale to a strategic buyer in concert with an international investment bank • Cross-boarder leveraged loan deal with a major UAE investment fund • Coordinated a leaseback deal for a sturgeon farm in late construction stage (in progress) • Facilitated capital raising efforts for an agriculture project involving multiple participants (in progress)
