I am a disciplined and result oriented person. I feel uncomfortable when a job is leaved unfinished. Therefore I really work hard to complete my duties and see the final outcome of my work. Due to my positive attitude I am a person who is open to criticisms because I believe that to improve myself further I need other people opinions about me, whether it is negative or positive. Positive criticisms enable us to improve our motivation but the fact that I find the negative criticisms more efficient than positive criticisms because if you eliminate your negative or weak sides you can become a more successful and strong person. Additionally, I am a sincere person and I try to keep it in every condition because I think it makes my life easier. I have created lasting and strong relations with my friends and colleagues by being candid therefore I think it is very important issue. Also being genuine helps me to communicate easily with other people because big portion of people look with favor on you when you are open hearted. As an unfavourable characteristic I like to be on time under any circumstances. Sometimes I am having hard time with my friends when it comes to dealing with time. I believe that the right thing is being on time therefore I expect from other people to do the same thing. I feel uncomfortable when others do not care about the timing issue.
