Dear Sir/Madam, I started to write you this in Russian but due to specificity of my education and job switched to English. I was born and raised in Crimea and after I graduated Crimea medical university and completed residency as a medical doctor I got married and moved to USA. For a long time I worked in research but eventually became a middle lever provider. In the US there are 3 categories of people that practice family medicine and they all do the same job: a physician, a nurse practitioner and physician assistant. I graduated a university here in the US with masters degree in science and became a physician assistant. The profession has been recognized in many countries but as far as I know it is not recognized in Russia. I have been practicing family medicine from 2011 and involved with all ages. I have my own patients panel about 500 and I independently manage all their conditions. I also practiced for several years in emergency room and urgent care. I visited Moscow just recently in March and got impressed so much with the city that decided to look for job opportunities there. I could not let this job description go and here I am filling the application. I am willing to move to Moscow. I can also be available partially throughout the year if that has ever been considered. I believe I am a great candidate for this position. I have been very much up to date with the modern medicine but mainly the way it works in the US.
